1. Returns

• Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items
